WASHER MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      B006JFV Install in this Direction

      Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the washer hose.

    3. Connect the connector.

      Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 2 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    5. Connect the 2 connectors.

    6. Engage the clamp.

  2. INSTALL FC COOLING WATER ION EXCHANGER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the FC cooling water ion exchanger assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  3. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID


    1. Add windshield washer fluid to the washer jar.
