FUEL LID OPENER UNIT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B006JFV Install in this Direction

      Install the fuel filler opening lid sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 4 screws.

    3. Remove the protective tape.

      Engage the clamp to install the wire harness.

    5. Connect the 2 connectors.

  2. INSTALL FUEL TANK FILLER PIPE SHIELD

      Engage the claws to install a new the fuel tank filler pipe shield as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the screw.

  3. INSTALL FUEL TANK CAP COVER

      Engage the claws to install the fuel tank cap cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the protective tape.

  4. INSTALL HYDROGEN INLET RECEPTACLE CAP

      Engage the clamp.

    2. Install the hydrogen inlet receptacle cap as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
