FUEL LID OPENER UNIT INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MJ6OC03
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Fuel Filler Opening Lid Lock Sub-assembly)
      *b Switch on
      *c Switch off

      Check the resistance.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
        1 (GND) - 2 (FILK)

        Fuel filler opening lid closed

        (Switch on)

        		 Below 1 Ω

        Fuel filler opening lid opened

        (Switch off)

        		 10 kΩ or higher

        • If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly.

  2. INSPECT FUEL FILLER OPENING LID SWITCH SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MJFRC03
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Fuel Filler Opening Lid Switch Sub-assembly)
      *b Switch on
      *c Switch off

      Check the resistance.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
        1 (FIL2) - 5 (GND2) Switch off (Not pressed) 10 kΩ or higher
        Switch on (Pressed) Below 1 Ω

        • If the result is not as specified, replace the filler opening lid lock sub-assembly.
