FUEL LID OPENER UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HYDROGEN INLET RECEPTACLE CAP

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a clip remover, disengage the clamp.

    2. Remove the hydrogen inlet receptacle cap as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE FUEL TANK CAP COVER

      B000ZUW Protective Tape

      Wrap the protective tape to the hydrogen inlet receptacle assembly.

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claws to remove the fuel tank cap cover.

  4. REMOVE FUEL TANK FILLER PIPE SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a moulding remover B, disengage the claws to remove the fuel tank filler pipe shield as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE FUEL FILLER OPENING LID SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the clamp to separate the wire harness.

      B000ZUW Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the fuel filler opening lid sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. A01MGRI

      Remove the 4 screws.

      Remove the fuel filler opening lid sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
