HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MJT7

      Tie the string that was passed thorough the motor compartment room to the end of the hood lock control cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Pass the hood lock control cable assembly into the motor compartment.

    3. Engage the hood cable grommet.

      *1 Hood Lock Control Cable Assembly *2 Clamp
      *3 Hood Cable Grommet *4 Wiring Harness Protector

    4. Engage the wiring harness protector.

    5. Engage the hood lock control cable assembly to the clamps.

    6. Remove the string from the hood lock control cable assembly.

  2. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the hood lock control cable assembly to install the hood lock control lever sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

  7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TOP REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  9. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH

  10. INSTALL TIRE AND WHEEL
