GENERAL
The rear window defogger wires are attached to the inside of the back window glass and defog the window surface quickly when the rear window defogger switch on the air conditioning control assembly is pressed. The indicator light illuminates while the system is operating. The system automatically turns off after approximately 15 minutes.
Note
If the auxiliary battery voltage becomes low, rear window defogger operation is canceled to prioritize supplying power to the power steering system.
