ROOF HEADLINING REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 6 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the 2 No. 6 roof headlining supports, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  2. INSTALL NO. 5 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the 2 No. 5 roof headlining supports, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  3. INSTALL NO. 4 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the No. 4 roof headlining support, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  4. INSTALL NO. 3 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the No. 3 roof headlining support, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

    1. Apply double-sided tape to the No. 2 roof headlining support, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the No. 1 roof headlining support, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  7. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD LH


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the roof headlining pad LH, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  8. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD RH


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the roof headlining pad RH, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  9. INSTALL NO. 4 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the 2 No. 4 roof silencer pads, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  10. INSTALL NO. 3 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the 2 No. 3 roof silencer pads, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  11. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the No. 2 roof silencer pad, align them with the roof headlining marking and install them.

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Apply new double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Align the 2 No. 1 roof silencer pads with the silencer marking on the roof headlining and install the 2 No. 1 roof silencer pads using double-sided tape or hot-melt glue as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. Apply double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Apply the supports with uniform loading, and without protruding from the roof headlining markings.

    2. Line up the No. 1 roof wire positioning tape and the roof headlining markings.

    3. Install the No. 1 roof wire on the double-sided tape.

      Note

      Securely install the No. 1 roof wire.

      Turn the visor connectors approximately 90° clockwise to connect the visor connectors.

    5. Engage the clamps.

    6. Align the 8 new adhesive tapes with the markings of the roof headligning assembly and install them.
