ROOF HEADLINING DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. Remove the 8 adhesive tapes from the roof headlining assembly.

      Turn the visor connectors approximately 90° counterclockwise and disconnect the visor connectors.

    3. Disengage the clamps to remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Remove the 2 No. 1 roof silencer pads from the roof headlining assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Remove the No. 2 roof silencer pad from the roof headlining assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Remove the 2 No. 3 roof silencer pads from the roof headlining assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 4 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Remove the 2 No. 4 roof silencer pads from the roof headlining assembly.

  6. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD RH


    1. Remove the roof headlining pad RH from the roof headlining assembly.

  7. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD LH


    1. Remove the roof headlining pad LH from the roof headlining assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Remove the No. 1 roof headlining support from the roof headlining assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Remove the No. 2 roof headlining support from the roof headlining assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Remove the No. 3 roof headlining support from the roof headlining assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 4 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Remove the No. 4 roof headlining support from the roof headlining assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 5 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Remove the 2 No. 5 roof headlining supports from the roof headlining assembly.

  13. REMOVE NO. 6 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT


    1. Remove the 2 No. 6 roof headlining supports from the roof headlining assembly.
