  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      A01MH6M

    2. Disengage the clamps to remove the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  2. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

      Disengage the claws to remove the automatic light control sensor.

  3. REMOVE SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER

      Disengage the claws to remove the spare switch hole cover.

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT MAIN PANEL


    1. A01MFYX

      Remove the 6 screws <E>.

    2. A01MFXC

      Disengage the guides to remove the instrument main panel.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER WITHOUT DOOR AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01MIAQ

      Remove the 5 screws <H>.

    2. A01MJDJ

      Disengage the guides to remove the No. 1 heater to register duct.

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01MHNP

      Remove the 5 screws <H>.

    2. A01MHYX

      Disengage the guides to remove the No. 3 heater to register duct.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the opposite side.

      Remove the 3 screws <H>.

    2. A01MH21

      Disengage the guides to remove the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

  9. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 4 instrument panel cushion.

  11. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE NO. 3 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 4 side.

  14. REMOVE NO. 4 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Remove the screw <H> and No. 4 side defroster nozzle duct.
