HEATER WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER WATER WITH MOTOR PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the heater water with motor pump assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

      *b Marking(White)
      *c Clip Installation Angle (90°)

      With the marking (white) towards the upper side of the vehicle, connect the heater water hose and install the hose clips to the area shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to heater water hose.

      *c Clip Installation Angle (90°)

      With the marking (white) aligned with the groove of the heater water pump assembly with motor, connect the heater water hose and install the hose clips to the area shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to heater water hose.

    4. Connect the connector

  4. INSTALL SUSPENSION MEMBER TO FRONT CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER RH

  6. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER LH

    Click here

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 MOTOR UNDER COVER
