BLOWER UNIT(for Front) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the blower with fan motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL AIR REFINER ELEMENT

      B006JFV Install in this Direction

      Slide in the direction shown by the arrows in the illustration to install the air refiner element.

      Note

      Make sure that the "UP" mark is facing the correct direction before installing the air refiner element.

  3. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

      B006JFV Install in this Direction (1)
      B006JHL Install in this Direction (2)

      Using the procedure shown in the illustration, engage the guide and claw, and install the air filter case.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MINZ

      Install the No. 1 blower damper servo subassembly with the 2 screws.
