BLOWER UNIT(for Front) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MINZ

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo subassembly.

  2. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction (1)
      B006JHL Remove in this Direction (2)

      Using the procedure shown in the illustration, disengage the claws and the guides, and remove the air filter case.

  3. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Pull out in the direction shown by the arrows in the illustration to remove the air refiner element.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor sub-assembly.
