COOLER EXPANSION VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

  2. DISCONNECT AIRCONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE


    1. A01MIWK

      Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and cooler expansion valve.

    2. A01MGA5

      Temporarily attach the bolt for the airconditioner tube and accessory assembly halfway to the cooler expansion valve.

    3. A01MHZI

      Hold the bolt and pull it to remove the cooler expansion valve as shown in the illustration.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.
