FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

   
   

   1. Check the resistance.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Component without harness connected (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (for Driver Side))

         -

         -

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition A-1 - A-2 Buckle without tag plate inserted 10 kΩ or higher Buckle with tag plate inserted Below 1 Ω B-1 - B-2 Buckle without tag plate inserted Below 1 Ω Buckle with tag plate inserted 10 kΩ or higher B-3 - C-1 Always Below 1 Ω B-4 - C-2

2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Side)

   
   

   1. Check the resistance.

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition A-1 - A-2 Buckle without tag plate inserted 10 kΩ or higher Buckle with tag plate inserted Below 1 Ω A-4 - A-5 Buckle without tag plate inserted Below 1 Ω Buckle with tag plate inserted 10 kΩ or higher A-3 - B-3 Always Below 1 Ω A-2 - B-1
