  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the driver and front passenger sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the driver side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LEG COVER

  3. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT BACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT WIRE RH (for Front Passenger Side)

      Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    2. Disengage the clamps to remove the front seat wire RH.

  8. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT WIRE


    1. A01MITR

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. A01MGDT

      Disengage the clamps to disconnect the front seat airbag wire.

    4. A01MG59

      Disengage the clamps to disconnect the front seat wire.

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT BACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  11. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (FRONT SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD)

      Remove the 2 nuts to disconnect the 2 front seatback cover brackets.

    2. A01MJTKC01
      B006JFV Remove in this Direction (1)
      B006JHL Remove in this Direction (2)

      Pull out the rear end portion of the front seatback heater assembly (front seatback with cover pad) in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration.

    3. Lift up in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration to remove the front seatback heater assembly (front seatback with cover pad).

      Remove the front seatback protector.
