WIRELESS DOOR LOCK BUZZER INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for the RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WIRELESS DOOR LOCK BUZZER


    1. A01MH67

      Engage the clamp to install the wireless door lock buzzer.

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the front fender splash shield sub-assembly LH with the 7 clips.

      *a Clip *b Screw
      *c Bolt *d Grommet
      *e Hexagon Screw *f Pin Hold Clip

    2. Install the 4 screws.

    3. Install the bolt.

    4. Install a new grommet.

    5. Using a hexagon socket wrench 4, install the 2 hexagon screws.

    6. Install the 2 pin hold clips as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Install the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

  3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH (for LHD)


    1. Install the front wheel opening extension pad LH with the 6 screws.

  4. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH (for RHD)


    1. Install the front wheel opening extension pad RH with the 4 screws.

  5. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
