ULTRASONIC SENSOR(for Front Side) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR


    1. Disengage the clamps and disconnect the 2 connectors.

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both sides.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both sides.

  4. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP


    1. A01MJW3C05
      *a Protective Tape
      B006JEG Disengage in this Direction
      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw to remove the ultrasonic sensor clip.

      Use the same procedure for both sides.
