PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION NO.1 RELAY


    1. OIL PUMP RELAY


      1. A01MH82C05
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1C-1 - 1A-4 Auxiliary battery voltage not applied between terminals 1A-2 and 1A-3 10 kΩ or higher
        1A-1 - 1A-4
        1C-1 - 1A-4

        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 1A-2

        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 1A-3

        Below 1 Ω
        1A-1 - 1A-4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    2. HORN RELAY


      1. A01MH82C05
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Voltage
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1A-8 - Auxiliary battery negative (-)

        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 1A-1

        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 1A-7

        11 to 14 V

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

      2. A01MH82C05

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1C-1 - 1A-8 Auxiliary battery voltage not applied between terminals 1A-1 and 1A-7 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    3. IG2 MAIN RELAY

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 1B-2

        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 1B-3

        Below 1 Ω
        1B-1 - 1B-4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    4. BATT FAN RELAY

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Below 1 Ω
        1B-5 - 1B-8

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.
