NOISE FILTER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE RADIO SETTING CONDENSER (for Window Defogger)

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the clamp to disconnect the radio setting condenser with wire harness from the vehicle body.

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claws and remove the terminal cover with wire harness from the condenser as shown in the illustration.

    4. B006JGEC01
      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver, bend back and break off the claw as shown in the illustration.

    5. Remove the terminal cover from the wire harness.

      Note


      • Make sure to hold the wire harness on the crimping side of the terminal when disconnecting the wire harness from the terminal cover.

      • Make sure not to bend the exposed wire when disconnecting the wire harness from the terminal cover.

      • Check for deformation of the terminal after the wire harness has been removed from the terminal cover.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 EV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

  4. REMOVE RADIO SETTING CONDENSER (for High Mounted Stop Light)

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the clamp to disconnect the radio setting condenser with wire harness from the vehicle body.

      Disengage the claw to pull out the cover as shown in the illustration.

    4. B006JFC

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws to remove the 2 terminal covers with wire harness from the radio setting condenser.

    5. B006JCL

      Using a screwdriver, bend back and break off the claw as shown in the illustration.

    6. Remove the terminal cover from the wire harness.

      Note


      • Make sure to hold the crimping side of the terminal when disconnecting the wire harness from the terminal cover.

      • Make sure not to bend the exposed wire when disconnecting the wire harness from the terminal cover.

      • Check for deformation of the terminal after the wire harness has been removed from the terminal cover.
