  1. INSPECT BRAKE BOOSTER PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Component without harness connected

      (Brake Booster Pump Assembly)

      Check the resistance.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 (BM1) - A-2 (GND1) Always Below 10 Ω
        B-2 (BM2) - B-1 (GND2) Always Below 10 Ω
        A-1 (BM1) - B-2 (BM2) Always Less than 1 Ω
        A-2 (GND1) - B-1 (GND2) Always Less than 1 Ω

        Tech Tips

        If the result is not as specified, replace the brake booster pump assembly.
