OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 MOTOR UNDER COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR MOTOR UNDER COVER LH

    Click here

  3. DRAIN HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE OIL COOLER WITH HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 3 motor cooling hose from the oil cooler union sub-assembly.

    2. A01MHPV

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 2 motor cooling hose from the oil pump with motor assembly.

    3. A01MI2J

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    4. Disengage the hook to remove the oil cooler with hose assembly from the oil pump with motor assembly.

  6. REMOVE OIL COOLER DUCT


    1. A01MIU8

      Remove the 3 bolts and oil cooler duct from the oil cooler assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 MOTOR COOLING HOSE


    1. A01MHQS

      Slide the hose clip and remove the No. 2 motor cooling hose from the oil cooler assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 3 MOTOR COOLING HOSE

      Slide the hose clip and remove the No. 3 motor cooling hose from the oil cooler assembly.
