OIL PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the hook to temporarily install the oil pump with motor assembly to the vehicle body with the 2 bolts.

   2. Fully tighten the bolt (A).

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

   3. Fully tighten the bolt (B).

      Torque:

      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

   4. Engage the clamp to install the wire harness to the oil pump with motor assembly.

   5. Connect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

2. CONNECT NO. 1 MOTOR COOLING HOSE

      *e	Hose Paint Mark (White)
      *f	Distance from Hose End to Hose Clip: 2 to 7 mm (0.0788 to 0.275 in.)

      Connect the No. 1 motor cooling hose to the oil pump with motor assembly and slide the hose clip to secure it.

      Note

      Align the hose and hose clip at the locations shown in the illustration and install them.

   2. Engage the clamp to install the No. 1 motor cooling hose to the oil pump with motor assembly.

3. INSTALL OIL COOLER WITH HOSE ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

5. ADD HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID

   Click here

6. INSPECT AND ADJUST HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID

   Click here

7. INSPECT FOR HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK

8. INSTALL REAR MOTOR UNDER COVER LH

9. INSTALL NO. 1 MOTOR UNDER COVER
