OIL PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 MOTOR UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE REAR MOTOR UNDER COVER LH

    Click here

  3. DRAIN HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE OIL COOLER WITH HOSE ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 1 MOTOR COOLING HOSE


    1. A01MILU

      Disengage the clamp to separate the No. 1 motor cooling hose from the oil pump with motor assembly.

    2. Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 1 motor cooling hose from the oil pump with motor assembly.

  7. REMOVE OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MH6B

      Disconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp to separate the wire harness from the oil pump with motor assembly.

    3. A01MFHD

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    4. Disengage the hook to remove the oil pump with motor assembly from the vehicle body.
