  1. INSPECT CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH


    1. Check the resistance.

      Component without harness connected

      (Cruise Control Main Switch)

      		 - -

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 (ECC) - 3 (CCS) Cruise control main switch (ON-OFF button) not pushed 1 MΩ or higher
        Cruise control main switch (ON-OFF button) pushed Below 2.5 Ω
        +RES 236 to 244 Ω
        -SET 618 to 642 Ω
        CANCEL 1510 to 1570 Ω
        1 (ECC) - 2 (R/N) MODE Below 2.5 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the cruise control main switch.
