POWER SWITCH INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT PUSH START SWITCH


    1. Check the resistance


      1. A01MGLKC18

        Component without harness connected

        (Push Start Switch)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition

        5 (SS1) - 6 (AGND)

        1 (SS2) - 6 (AGND)

        		 Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher
        Pushed Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the push start switch.

    2. Check the LED illumination.


      1. Apply battery voltage between the terminals of the push start switch, and check the illumination condition of the push start switch.

        OK
        Condition Specified Condition

        Positive (+) auxiliary battery → Terminal 9 (SWIL)

        Negative (-) auxiliary battery → Terminal 6 (AGND)

        		 Illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the push start switch.
