COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN WITH CONTROLLER MOTOR

   
   

   1. for No. 2 Fan Side:

      
      

      1. Install the cooling fan with controller motor to the fan shroud with the 5 screws.

         Torque:

         3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

         Note

         If the cooling fan with controller motor has been struck or dropped, replace it.

      2. Install the No. 2 fan to the fan shroud with the 3 screws.

         Torque:

         3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

   2. for Fan Side:

      
      

      1. Install the cooling fan with controller motor to the fan shroud with the 5 screws.

         Torque:

         3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

         Note

         If the cooling fan with controller motor has been struck or dropped, replace it.

      2. Install the fan to the fan shroud with the 3 screws.

         Torque:

         3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }
