INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FC GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. To prevent contamination by foreign matter, remove the protective tape from the openings of the FC air compressor with motor assembly immediately before performing the procedure.

      Using SST, install the FC gas temperature sensor to the FC air compressor with motor assembly.

      09817-33191
      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not use an impact wrench or other tools which subject parts to an impact.

      • If the FC gas temperature sensor is dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it with a new one.

      • If the gasket has any damage, deformation, or fatigue, replace the FC gas temperature sensor with a new one.

    3. Connect the FC gas temperature sensor connector.

      Note

      Check that no foreign matter or water droplets have entered the connector.
