BATTERY COOLING DUCT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 EV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

   CAUTION:

   Wear insulated gloves.

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 2 EV battery intake duct to the battery cooling blower assembly.

   2. Install the clip.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 EV BATTERY UPPER COVER BRACKET

   CAUTION:

   Wear insulated gloves.

   
   

   1. Install the No. 2 EV battery upper cover bracket to the No. 2 EV battery intake duct and EV battery with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

3. INSTALL NO. 1 EV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

   CAUTION:

   Wear insulated gloves.

   
   

   1. Install the No. 1 EV battery intake duct to the battery cooling blower assembly and vehicle with the 3 clips.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH

5. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

6. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

   Click here

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. INSTALL INVERTER COVER

   Click here

9. INSTALL FC STACK SERVICE PLUG GRIP

   Click here

10. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP (for EV)
