BATTERY COOLING DUCT INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 EV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. A01MGF2

      Check the No. 1 EV battery intake duct.

      Standard
      There is no clogging or damage.

      If the filter is damaged, replace the No. 1 EV intake duct with a new one.

      If the filter is damaged, check that no foreign matter has entered the battery cooling blower assembly, and if necessary, clean or replace the battery cooling blower assembly.

    2. Clean the No. 1 EV battery intake duct.

        Point the No. 1 EV intake duct downward and clean it.

        Note


        • Perform cleaning by removing foreign matter by hand, or by cleaning it with a vacuum cleaner. Do not use water or liquids to clean.

        • To prevent damage to the filter, do not use a wire brush or a scrubbing brush to clean it.
