RADIATOR GRILLE REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. w/o Pre-crash Safety System:

      
      

      1. 

         Install in this Direction

         Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

   2. w/ Pre-crash Safety System:

      
      

      1. 

         Install in this Direction

         Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install 2 new spring nuts.

2. INSTALL NO. 9 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Install the No. 9 radiator grille moulding with the 3 screws as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw and guide to install the lower radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

   2. Install the 3 screws.

4. INSTALL CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw and guide to install the center radiator grille moulding LH as shown in the illustration.

   2. Install the 2 screws.

5. INSTALL CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw and guide to install the upper radiator grille moulding LH as shown in the illustration.

   2. Install the 2 screws.

7. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

8. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOUNTING BRACKET

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for both radiator grille mounting brackets.

   
   

   1. 

      Install the radiator grille mounting bracket with the screw.
