RADIATOR GRILLE REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY (for Type B)


    1. B006928C01
      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      w/o Pre-crash Safety System:


      1. Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

    2. B0068QPC01
      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      w/ Pre-crash Safety System:


      1. Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install 2 new spring nuts.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (for Type B)

      Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 11 screws.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY (for Type A)


    1. w/o Pre-crash Safety System:

        Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

    2. w/ Pre-crash Safety System:


      1. B0068S8C01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install 2 new spring nuts.

  4. INSTALL NO. 9 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (for Type A)


    1. B0068LLC01
      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      Install the No. 9 radiator grille moulding with the 3 screws as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (for Type A)

      Attach the claw and guide to install the lower radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 3 screws.

  6. INSTALL CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH (for Type A)

      Attach the claw and guide to install the center radiator grille moulding LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH (for Type A)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH (for Type A)

      Attach the claw and guide to install the upper radiator grille moulding LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH (for Type A)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOUNTING BRACKET

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both radiator grille mounting brackets.

      Install the radiator grille mounting bracket with the screw.

  11. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Pre-crash Safety System)
