  1. INSPECT STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    Component without harness connected

    (Stop Light Switch Assembly)
    *b Shaft

    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      A35-1 - A35-2 Shaft not pushed Below 1 Ω
      Shaft pushed 10 kΩ or higher
      A35-3 - A35-4 Shaft not pushed 10 kΩ or higher
      Shaft pushed Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the stop light switch assembly.
