FRONT BUMPER(for Resin Type Bumper) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GUARD (for Type B)

      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      Install the front bumper guard with the 15 clips.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER PAD

    Tech Tips


    • When installing the front bumper pad, heat the front bumper cover using a heat light.

    • Use the same procedure for all front bumper pads.

    Standard

    Front Bumper Cover 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    CAUTION:


    • Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.

    • Touching the heat light may result in burns.

    • Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.

    1. Clean the rear spoiler surface.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the front bumper cover surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the front bumper cover.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

      Install a new front bumper pad.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the front bumper cover.

      2. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the front bumper pad.

        Tech Tips

        After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      3. Install the front bumper pad as shown in the illustration.

        Tech Tips

        Press the front bumper pad firmly to install it.

  3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. for Type A:

        Attach the claw to install the fog light mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Type B:


      1. B0068GVC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Attach the claw to install the fog light mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. for Type A:

        Attach the claw to install the fog light cover LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Type B:

        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Attach the claw to install the fog light cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Attach the claw to install the front bumper hole cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

  9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  11. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

        Attach the claw to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

    2. for Type B:

        Attach the claw to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 4 clips.

  12. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
