PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER


    1. B0069F3

      Remove the 8 clips and No. 1 radiator grille retainer.

  2. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. for Type A:


      1. B0068FDC02
        *A for Standard Body
        *B for Wide Body
        *a 90°
        B0069FO Rotation Direction

        Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.

        Tip:

        Use the same procedure for the pin hold clips on the other side.

      2. Remove the clip.

        Tip:

        Use the same procedure for the clip on the other side.

        Remove the 6 screws and 3 bolts.

        Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

        Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

        w/o Energy Absorber:

        Remove the 3 screws.

        w/ Energy Absorber:

        Remove the 3 screws and 2 clips.

        for Standard Body:

        Detach the claw as shown in the illustration.

        Tip:

        Use the same procedure for the claw on the other side.

      10. w/ Fog Light:

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      11. w/ Pre-crash Safety System:

        Disconnect the connector.

        Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.

        Tip:

        Use the same procedure for the pin hold clips on the other side.

      2. Remove the clip.

        Tip:

        Use the same procedure for the clip on the other side.

        Remove the 6 screws and 3 bolts.

        Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

        Remove the 3 screws.

      9. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

        Detach the claw and remove the radiator side deflector LH as shown in the illustration.

        Detach the claw and remove the radiator side deflector LH as shown in the illustration.

        Detach the claw and remove the radiator side deflector LH as shown in the illustration.

    REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 SIDE SUPPORT LH (w/ Energy Absorber)

      Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper side support LH.

  7. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 SIDE SUPPORT RH (w/ Energy Absorber)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STONE DEFLECTOR LH

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the front bumper stone deflector LH as shown in the illustration.

  9. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STONE DEFLECTOR RH

    Tip:

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Energy Absorber)

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH (for Type A (Standard Body))

      Remove the bolt and clip.

    2. Using a screwdriver, turn the clip 90° and remove the clip.

    3. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.
