HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID

      B0068HS Turn in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.

      B0069FO Slide in this Direction

      Remove the 3 screws.

    3. Remove the 11 clips.

    4. Slide the front fender liner LH toward the rear of the vehicle and down to create a clearance as shown in the illustration.

      B0069FO Disconnect in this Direction

      Push the tab to detach the claw and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Prepare a container before performing the procedure.

    6. Drain the washer fluid.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly.

      B0069FO Remove in this Direction

      Loosen the clip and remove the headlight cleaner hose as shown in the illustration.
