PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      *a Tab
      B0068HS Push
      B0069FO Disconnect in this Direction

      Push the tab to detach the claw and disconnect the No. 9 headlight cleaner hose.

    2. Remove the bolt.

    3. Push the tab to detach the claw.

      B0068NX Remove in this Direction (2) - -

    4. Detach the guide and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp and remove the headlight cleaner washer hose assembly.
