WASHER MOTOR(for Steel Type Bumper) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01L9K1E01

      Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 3 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the clamp.

  2. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      Install the washer inlet sub-assembly to the windshield washer jar assembly.

    2. Attach the claw and guide.

  3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

  4. FILL UP WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID


    1. A01LASC

      Connect the washer hose.

    2. Refill the windshield washer fluid.

      B0069FO Return in this Direction

      Return the front fender liner LH to its original position as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the 10 clips.

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD FRONT SEAL LH


    1. A01LC67

      Install the front fender splash shield front seal LH with the 5 screws.
