WASHER MOTOR(for Resin Type Bumper) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. for 2.5 L Washer Jar:


      1. A01L9K1E01

        Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 3 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      2. Attach the clamp.

    2. for 4.5 L Washer Jar, w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Attach the claw to install the headlight cleaner control relay.

      2. A01LD1NC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly.

      3. A01LAT9C01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the level warning switch assembly.

      4. A01LF2YC01
        B0068HS Bolt
        B006964 Connector

        Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 3 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      5. Attach the clamp.

      6. Connect the 3 connectors.

        Attach the claw to connect the headlight washer hose.

    3. for 4.5 L Washer Jar, w/o Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. A01LAT9C01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the level warning switch assembly.

      2. A01LF72C01
        B0068HS Bolt
        B006964 Connector

        Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 3 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      3. Attach the clamp.

      4. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01LCY9C01
      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      Install the washer inlet sub-assembly to the windshield washer jar assembly.

    2. Attach the claw and guide.

  3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. for 2.5 L Washer Jar:


      1. A01LG9GC01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

      2. Connect the connector.

    2. for 4.5 L Washer Jar:


      1. A01L8C1C01
        B0069FO Install in this Direction

        Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

      2. Connect the connector.

  4. FILL UP WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID


    1. for 2.5 L Washer Jar:


      1. A01LASC

        Connect the washer hose.

    2. for 4.5 L Washer Jar:


      1. A01LCFC

        Connect the washer hose.

    3. Refill the windshield washer fluid.

    4. for 2WD Model:

        B0068HS Clip
        B006964 Screw
        B0069FO Return in this Direction

        Return the front fender liner LH to its original position as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 9 clips.

      3. Install the 3 screws.

    5. for 4WD Model, for Prerunner Model:


      1. A01LBGNC01
        B0068HS Clip
        B006964 Screw
        B0069FO Return in this Direction

        Return the front fender liner LH to its original position as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the 11 clips.

      3. Install the 3 screws.

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.
