WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK


  1. CHECK WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM


    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    2. Check that the windshield deicer becomes warm by operating the defogger switch (deicer switch).

    3. Confirm that the windshield deicer stops after approximately 15 minutes.

      Tech Tips

      The windshield deicer system may operate for a maximum of 60 minutes, depending on conditions such as ambient temperature, alternator output, etc.*
