WINDSHIELD DEICER SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (WINDOW DEICER SWITCH) (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

   
   

   1. 

      Connect the air conditioning duct sub-assembly.

   2. Connect the cooler thermistor (room temperature sensor) connector.

   3. 

      Connect the connector.

   4. Attach the clip to install the air conditioning control assembly.

2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (WINDOW DEICER SWITCH) (for Manual Cooler System)

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the claw to install the air conditioning control assembly.

3. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL KNOB (for Manual Cooler System)

4. CONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

5. CONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

6. INSTALL INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

7. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL LEVER (for Manual Cooler System)

8. INSTALL CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY
