PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (WINDOW DEFOGGER SWITCH) (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

      B00692L Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the air conditioning control assembly.

    2. Detach the clip and remove the air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. B0025AE

      Disconnect the cooler thermistor (room temperature sensor) connector.

    5. Disconnect the air conditioning duct sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

  5. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL LEVER (for Manual Cooler System)

  6. REMOVE INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

  7. DISCONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

  8. DISCONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Cooler System)

  9. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL KNOB (for Manual Cooler System)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (WINDSHIELD DEICER SWITCH) (for Manual Cooler System)

      Detach the claw and remove the air conditioning control assembly.
