LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. With the cylinder lock pressed, insert the glove compartment lock cylinder assembly into the glove compartment door assembly to install it as shown in the illustration.

      

      *A	for LHD	*B	for RHD
      *a	Cylinder Lock	-	-
      	Install in this Direction	-	-

2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR CHECK CUSHION

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for both glove compartment door check cushions.

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the claw to install the glove compartment door check cushion.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the claw to install the No. 1 switch hole base.

4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER (for Driver Side)

   
   
   1. 

      *a

      Clip <E>

      Attach the guide and clip to install the No. 1 instrument panel cup holder.

   2. Install the clip <E>.

   3. 

      *a

      Screw <A>

      Install the 3 screws <A>.

5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER (for Passenger Side)

   
   
   1. 

      *a

      Clip <E>

      Attach the guide and clip to install the No. 1 instrument panel cup holder.

   2. Install the clip <E>.

   3. 

      *a

      Screw <A>

      Install the 3 screws <A>.

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw to install the instrument panel cup holder assembly and instrument panel cup holder tray as shown in the illustration.

   2. 

      Attach the guide and claw to install the cover.

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Side)

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw to install the instrument panel cup holder assembly and instrument panel cup holder tray as shown in the illustration.
