PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 control knob sub-assemblies.

  4. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL LEVER

      Remove the air inlet damper control lever.

  5. REMOVE INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

      B00692L Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the integration panel sub-assembly.

    2. Detach the clip and remove the integration panel sub-assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

  6. DISCONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the claw and disconnect the defroster damper control cable sub-assembly.

  7. DISCONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the claw and disconnect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.

  8. DISCONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B0069FO Remove in this Direction

      Detach the claw and disconnect the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.

      B0069FO Remove in this Direction

      Detach the claw and disconnect the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.
