  1. AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the G34 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Reconnect the G34 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Refrigerant pressure abnormal (below 0.176 MPa [1.8 kgf/cm2, 25.5 psi] or higher than 3.025 MPa [30.9 kgf/cm2, 438.6 psi])

      • Blower switch: LO or higher

      • Cooler volume switch: On

      		 11 to 14 V
      G34-4 (ACT) - Body ground LG - Body ground Magnet clutch on permit signal

      • Engine running

      • Blower switch: LO or higher

      • Cooler volume switch: On (magnet clutch on)

      		 4.5 to 5.5 V

      • Engine running

      • Blower switch: LO or higher

      • Cooler volume switch: Off or on (magnet clutch off)

      		 Below 1 V
      G34-5 (SG-2) - Body ground L - Body ground Ground for No. 1 cooler thermistor Always Below 1 Ω
