The necessary procedures(adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed or replaced during the front seat cushion heater removal / installation are shown below.

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH (for Manual Seat)

      B00692L Protective Tape

      With the reclining adjuster release handle LH pulled up.

    2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, detach the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle LH while moving it in the removal direction shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

  4. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE LH (for Manual Seat)

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 2 hog rings and disconnect the 2 straps of the separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.

    2. B0025V0

      Remove the 18 hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover.

    3. B0027ID

      Remove the seat cover wire.
