  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY COIL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. B0024MSC01
      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      Align the claws of the transponder key coil with the upper bracket.

    3. Push in the transponder key coil and install it to the upper bracket.

      Note

      Do not push in the amplifier with excessive force as it may be damaged.

  2. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN UPPER COVER

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
