REAR DOOR LOCK(for Smart Cab) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT UPPER ACCESS PANEL LOCK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01L9VOC02
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Upper Access Panel Lock Assembly LH)

      Check the operation of the door unlock detection switch.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Open Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Half Latch Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Full Latch 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the upper access panel lock assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT UPPER ACCESS PANEL LOCK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01L9VOC01

      Component without harness connected

      (Upper Access Panel Lock Assembly RH)

      Check the operation of the door unlock detection switch.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Open Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Half Latch Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Full Latch 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the upper access panel lock assembly RH.

  3. INSPECT LOWER ACCESS PANEL LOCK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01LBRWC02
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Lower Access Panel Lock Assembly LH)

      Check the operation of the door unlock detection switch.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Open Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Half Latch Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Full Latch 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the lower access panel lock assembly LH.

  4. INSPECT LOWER ACCESS PANEL LOCK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01LBRWC01
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Lower Access Panel Lock Assembly RH)

      Check the operation of the door unlock detection switch.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Open Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Half Latch Below 1 Ω
        1 - 2 Full Latch 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the lower access panel lock assembly RH.
