GENERATOR(for 80A Type) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the generator assembly with the 2 bolts.

      for bolt A
      62 N*m	632 kgf*cm	46 ft.*lbf
      for bolt B
      25 N*m	255 kgf*cm	18 ft.*lbf

   2. Connect the generator connector.

   3. Install the generator wire with the nut to terminal B.

      9.8 N*m

      100 kgf*cm

      87 in.*lbf

2. Click here

   INSTALL NO. 2 IDLER PULLEY ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Install the spacer, No. 2 idle pulley assembly and 2 pulley plates with the bolt.

      45 N*m

      459 kgf*cm

      33 ft.*lbf

3. Click here

   INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

   Click here

4. Click here

   INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. Click here

   INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. Click here

   INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

   Click here

7. Click here

   CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note:

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
