GENERATOR(for 115A Type) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR PULLEY


    1. A01W8ULC02
      *a T50 "TORX" Socket Wrench

      Set SST and a T50 "TORX" socket wrench as shown in the illustration.

      SST
      09820-30010

    2. Secure the generator assembly in a vise between aluminum plates.

    3. A01W80WC01
      *a Hold
      *b Turn
      *c T50 "TORX" Socket Wrench

      While holding SST in place, rotate the T50 "TORX" socket wrench counterclockwise, and install the generator pulley with clutch

      Torque:
      80 N*m  { 816 kgf*cm, 59 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Check that the drive end frame is secured in the vise tightly.
