PRECAUTION
Tech Tips
The iMT system may not detect the gear change performed by the driver when a certain amount of time elapses between the clutch operation and shift operation or when the shift lever is operated while coasting with the shift lever in N.
After the iMT system adjusts the engine speed and a certain amount of time elapses, the operation completes. Even during this time, the iMT system operates again if it detects a clutch pedal reengagement and a gear change operation.
The iMT system may not operate if the clutch pedal is not completely released and fully depressed.
When the clutch is quickly engaged, the speed synchronization operation by the iMT system may not occur in time.
When there is a malfunction in the engine system or ABS system, the iMT system may stop operating.
